Processing time

Personalised orders ship within 3–5 business days from our Brampton studio. Non-personalised stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Bulk and corporate orders are quoted with a target delivery date at the time of order.

Shipping

We ship Canada-wide and to 28 countries worldwide via Canada Post and partner couriers. Approximate transit times once dispatched:

  • Within Canada: 2–7 business days
  • To the United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is generated. Full details on rates, customs, and lost parcels are on our shipping policy.

Returns & refunds

Personalised orders are not eligible for automatic return — but if there's an issue with the product, please reach out and we'll work to make it right. Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days. Full terms are on our refund policy.

Local pickup

Local pickup from our Brampton studio is available by appointment for the Greater Toronto Area. Reply to your order confirmation to arrange a time.
